i love lane, but seriously?
can we review the last four Law & Lit books/stories I've had to read?
- The Law of Life by Jack London - old man left in the snow to die and abandoned by his tribe. He gets eaten by wolves at the end.
- So Much Water So Close to Home by Raymond Carver - group of men on a fishing trip discover the body of a dead girl and leave it there while they continue their fishing trip as planned
- A Lesson Before Dying by Ernest J. Gaines - man is wrongfully charged with murder and given the death penalty
- A Good Man is Hard to Find by Flannery O'Connor - family traveling to Florida for vacation gets into a care accident and are caught by an escaped convict, who shoots and kills all of them
